I wish to express my dissatisfaction with the hotel experience. The absence of a welcoming reception upon our arrival and the reservation staff's lack of attention were disappointing. Furthermore, the non-provision of essential amenities such as WiFi passwords and in-room coffee/tea facilities, and the absence of breakfast services, did not meet expectations. I believe these aspects are integral to guest comfort. Your attention to these matters for future patrons would be greatly appreciated.

This is Very Bad Hotel. Bad service.Im not recommended this Hotel and staff. No tea or coffee. Very old Rooms. Bathroom is very dirty.its so hard stay with Wife. Hotel staff not support to carry out lagged, even not open da door. DO NOT GO TO THIS SLAM.

Go here if you're on a serious budget crunch or if you have a super early flight to catch (ours was at 5am) 😉 since it's 10 minutes from the airport. I wouldn't recommend it for any other reason.

Great Location for quick overnight stay near the airport and within easy walking distance to a great shopping more and night market or 5 minute ride down to a major Robinsons shopping centre with movie theatre . BUT Buyer Beware !!!!Don't follow the reviews on travel booking websites and look at the fancy pictures . This place is cheap for a reason and many of the rooms rented on monthly basis which is a sign they have given up concentrating on being a real hotel ?????? Dirty rooms , Chipped and damaged furniture which have laminate not even glued back on. We stayed 2 nights and had to swap rooms when we woke up to find sewerage water dripping from the floor above with a tissue used to block it that had been there months Polite reception staff on arrival however very sad service when we had to make the room change . They could have done a lot more to help but were mainly annoyed even more so when we pointed out the second room's linen was stained and no one would be expected to sleep in dirty sheets. Make sure you read the note worthy points .
