After my first cancellation in another place I went here. Easy to find, friendly staff. I spent here 1 days 2 nights. During my stay nothing crazy happened. Clean, comfortable room with all necessary amenities. Very close to Suvarnabhumi airport.

Very rude staff. Called my room asking for extra documentation after photocopying my drivers license. Even treatened to call the police.

It’s last minute books because we had issues with our flights returning to USA. We need a hotel with a free Wi-Fi service, we also need to have courteous of a late check out. After several hours phoning the 1-800 number to discuss about our returns flight and we already got beaten from dealing with Check-in staffs at the Thai airport. We hope to get an okay room to take a nice bath, it’s no hot water, bed is uncomfortable, staffs aren’t friendly. Everything you asked for will get charge, such as 80 baht for a shuttle to go back to the airport, no picking up from airport. Internet is only available at a lobby which it’s extremely hot because they didn’t turn on AC only a few fans provided. No tea or coffee, the other hotels in the same area are usually provide. Overall, it’s okay for a shot stayed without someone who doesn’t need Wi-Fi.

The room and hotel was more than I expected for the price. I had a 10 hour stopover in Bangkok. I really needed the reassurance I received from the staff that I would make my flight on time. I would recommend reserving a place on their airport shuttle; it is a reasonable fee. (I wish I had.) It would have been nice to walk off the plane and see my name on the list for the shuttle instead of losing time and some of my mellow.
