The only good thing about this "B&B" was it's location. The train station is nearby and there's a bus stop very near to the entrance. Except that this was a total disaster. The apartment had a very bad smell because it wasn't cleaned for ages I guess. There was spider webs on the ceiling, paint was coming off, AC in the hall was not working, the kitchen fridge was not working so the owner put a mini fridge in the hall. The gas stove was not working so he put a hotplate in the kitchen. The utensils were literally soiled!!!! When I picked up a plate it was unwashed (it makes my toe curl!!) 10 packets of salt in the kitchen. All expired! There was a washing machine but no detergent. Wifi was not working. On top of this, this owner didn't inform us in the morning that he closes check in at 9.30 pm. We were running late but assumed we can check in whenever we reach. Luckily we opened our booking to check address to find his message saying he will close check in at 9.30. this message was sent to us at 8.45pm!!?! The guy was not even there when we reached and we did self check in- I don't understand why he didn't explain such simple thing on phone when he wasn't even going to be there. It's supposed to be b&b but there was no sign of any breakfast anywhere nor was there any intimation by the owner. I will not recommend this place! It was not good. The owner is a very rude guy and instead blaming us. Why open a b&b if U don't want to address the guests complaints. He instead complained against us god knows for what.

Good hotel and relaxing after a long travel...you can catch a Bus or a train to go to or from Rome anywhere..both are in less than 5 min walking distance. you should be careful about the working hours of the hotel...they don't have anyone in reception in between 20.00 -07.00...Water clogging in the shower in Room 3 needs to be adjusted.Acqua non scarica bene in doccia....deve adjustare presto possibile..All 👍..there is a fridge in Room but nothing inside....atleast a bottle of water can be a nice addition for whom without water..Breakfast is simple with Coffe..tea..juice.. cookies etc..I give 4/5 star due to those small lacks but overall a nice place to stay and relax.

Decent accomodation for the price. Would advise that if breakfast is supposedly served 0800-0100, that it is actually ready for 0800 not 0830.
