I will definitely come back here. Walking distance to the mcdonalds, easy accesss to the 3 wheel public motorcycle. Pool area was very nice and clean. Rooms are spacious, the staffs are very service minded, polite and kind. Free access to drinking station(hot or cold) They even ask about your flight to arrange free service to the airport.

Stayed here for 2 days. Took their bundle offer for 3D2N with the underground river exploration, and i think the price is worth it. Room was nice but you can tell that its already old, bathroom sink floor sinks water slow. Free breakfast is okay. Water pool needs to be changed tho, it was so greasy, not just the tiles but the water itself, never encountered any pool like this before, they remove unwanted things every morning from the pool, but i think water pool is sitting there for a while now.

The place is good and the staff are so accommodating. Their food is kinda expensive yet not that delicious though but it's fine, we still enjoyed our stay there. The pool is clean, our room is spacious and clean too. Great customer service and they have van to transport their guest to and from the airport. Just hope they could add more clothes line inside the room so we can hang our wet clothes after the island hopping and other water activities.

My family and I visited Puerto Princesa recently and had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel was very accommodating and helpful, one of the best customer service I’ve experienced being here in the Philippines. The hotel was in a convenient location from the airport as well as some of the tours we did in Puerto Princesa. The rooms were clean and had the basic supplies we needed. Will definitely be coming back!

I stayed at this hotel overnight with my family, and I highly recommend it. They have a fantastic swimming pool for family bonding, a restaurant that offers complimentary breakfast to guests, and spacious, quiet rooms. The only slight downside was the less-than-ideal condition and odor of the comfort room. Nevertheless, overall, I highly recommend this hotel.
