very dirty. Staff never smile. looks always angry. unkind. And price is amazingly expensive. Very dirty single room 1500p per night. Never come back. and nobody come here.

It's quite good for the price. I'm just surprised of the hidden fees. The AC is not so cold while the heater's touch control is not working the water temps goes up to 50°c it's literally boiling. For me it's okay.

It was very bad. I booked this place via Agoda because of cheap offer of 800+ per night. When i get there, the receptionist collected 700+ additional for 2 nights saying the offer online is below their minimum rate of 1,000pesos/night. They gave me room in 5th floor and they have no elevator. I have to bring the towels they gave with me upstairs too. The location is close to govt offices i need to go though. But I would have booked a better place with 1300/night. I thought I get to save but it was the opposite. Not worthy of the price I paid.
