Location was great, close to the hop on hop off bus and walkable to many must see locations. Service was impeccable. Everyone is so helpful and hospitable. Our anniversary is NYE and when we checked in on the 30th they had chocolate and champagne sent to our room. Breakfast had a wide variety of choices and was great. We had a room with a huge terrace and were able to see many of the NYE fireworks celebrations. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Barcelona. Photo is of the sunrise on NYE.

It says 5 stars but is not for sure, this is a solid 3 star hotel in a great location. This is a nice hotel with a decent newer gym area, the room was nice but nothing special, and the other amenities were nice but not 4-5 star level either. I will say the people there were very nice, the service was good and the location was great. The "pool" area is VERY small, the pictures are accurate but just know there is nothing beyond the picture. It is just the triangle shaped pool and there is no real pool on site. The rooftop area has large panes of glass across the edge which blocks wind and can make it very hot as well. Rooms are clean, well kept but a basic 3 start room. No complaints really. The beds are not as large as you may want but that is common in the area.

Rooms are pretty good. Shower did spray a little around the shower door seal. Staff is very friendly and extremely helpful. Location is great because it’s close to everything but not too close. Roof top bar is a 10/10 must. Greta view of the city and Greta drinks.

I have had the pleasure of staying at this superbly situated hotel on a previous occasion. The three key personnel, namely the General Manager, Commercial Director, and Duty Manager, demonstrated exceptional commitment to ensuring my stay was both comfortable and welcoming—an exemplary level of service that guarantees my future patronage. The breakfast, though straightforward, was delicious. The accommodations were delightful, characterized by cleanliness and comfort. I unequivocally plan to revisit in the future.
