I had the most appalling experience with this hotel. I am an experienced traveller (been traveling for work or personal reasons for 20 years) and I have never experienced such an arrogant and unprofessional service. After having a booking confirmed for two rooms stay I was contacted the night before my arrival, via WhatsApp to inform me that one room was not available and I MUST share the only room they have available with my colleague otherwise if I wasn't happy I should cancel the reservation. Do not book in this hotel. I hope they are going to close their door soon or changing the manager because the customer service they offer is juts appalling

The location of the hotel is nice. But, i would like to say that they should pay more and more attention to the guests. Everyday to give the same poor breakfast, try to make economy??? Don't afraid or don't care that you can get bad points about? Anyway it was a such a bad hotel which i have ever stayed. I don't recommend this hotel not at all, just thanks to young guys at the reception in the evening, they tried to be respectful and helpful.

Nice decor. Breakfast is not buffet style, they serve only 1 option and don’t take orders, so you eat what they prepared. No coffee, and after my request, they offered 3-in-1 coffee, which is not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel. Also, there’s construction work going on nearby, so it will be loud during the day. The TV was not working No elevator, so you have to take your bags to the second floor yourself
