I booked two rooms for myself and my husband + my parents over new year's eve period (31st December). We heard it was a great location to see the fireworks which was true, however the best view we got was from our riverside room and definitely not the rooftop bar (surprisingly)! The walls and structures on the rooftop blocked the fireworks so I'd recommend watching from the riverside rooms on a high floor. The hotel is fantastic in terms of cleanliness, restaurants/breakfast and location. I would stay again if I were back in Saigon, District 1.

The location of this hotel is simply excellent! ⭐️ The service at the hotel is simply excellent! ⭐️ The dinner buffet offers so many tasty choices and the staff is all friendly and helpful! ⭐️ The breakfast is just amazing! ⭐️ Only the rooms, the gym and the pool are a bit old now and would deserve some renovations. But the views from the roof top bar are just priceless! ⭐️ Thank you for an amazing stay. 💛

Updating my review to 1 star. Some random dude just randomly used a key to access my room, said he's a manager with a master key and checking on the guests. I see no reason why they need to enter my room. The entire thing was him ringing the door bell 3 times and within the 20 seconds it took me to tell the people that I Was on a business call with to wait for me to check the door, he had already entered my room and says this is hotel policy. I can no longer trust this hotel or recommend it. Clearly they will enter your room whenever they want. I can only surmise what could have been stolen had I not been in the room. OLD Review - disregard the safety part Great views no matter what room your in, attentive staff, and honest room service people. The safes are quite small and you can't lock up everything I want, nothing was stolen and everyone me is extremely accommodating. This is a very well run hotel. Bring your swimming suit, the pool is amazing and the views of the city even more amazing.

Great well-kept swanky 5 star hotel with a great view and an amazing service. If you are a club Marriott member and are at one of the elite levels in your Bonvoy membership then this is the place to be - because you get access to the club lounge (free food!) where you can enjoy the luxury that this hotel has to offer: in peace away from the tourist groups (who inevitably tend to be excited and loud all the time) who also frequent this hotel. The staff made us feel welcome and provided us with a temporary room for early check-in and to get fresh in while they prepared our suite (we had some suite upgrade nights). They knew when it's your birthday and if you are staying with them on that day, they leave you a dessert.

The room where I stayed is very outdated. Only 3 power sockets next to the working desk and none next to the bed? Come on, this should be improved. WiFi signal in room was weak from time to time. Also, it is very noisy. I could hear the neighbours closing their closet and even hanging their hangers. During the day a lot of noise came from the atrium on the 5th floor, where they are constantly building up for events. On the positive side: the staff is really helpful and friendly - especially in the Club Lounge. Breakfast is also good with a decent variety of dishes.
