We had a very nice stay here for 5 nights! The hotel is very clean and the owners are so incredibly kind and helpful. Beds are comfortable, great TV (with lots of western channels and movies) in addition to tasty room coffee. Location is also epic and walking distance to many things within the town. We opted not to get room service a couple nights and each time came back to complementary water on our door waiting for us. Breakfast was tasty and fresh as well (albeit a little pricey). Recommend the club sandwich for a quick and fresh bite! 😊 The only con was our room location happened to back up to a neighbouring place that had roosters that started screaming each morning around 3:00am. I got used to it after a couple nights but not ideal for the late nights, lol. However, since this was not a controllable hotel issue, I will give them a pass. 😌 For around $50 a night (CAD), this is a great deal and stay. Highly recommend!

Don't book Room 205. We booked the deluxe king room with balcony and got a small room that can hardly fit our suitcase. I keep hitting my legs against the bed as we moved from one end of the room to the other. The other rooms of the same type were much larger. The bathroom was on an angle and can hardly fit a 6ft tall person like my husband. Lucky we only travelled with 1 case between us. When we raised this with the team, they did not accommodate us for a change of room or reduction in rate because of the mislabelled room type. This room should be sold as a double room at a cheaper rate and not labelled as King. The place is clean. Recommend not to book breakfasts and buy as you need as there are many cafes in the area and the markets are walking distance. Area around the pool is small and the pool is cold because it gets very little sun. Bring insect spray for the evenings.

Location is OK. The view is honestly the best part. They skipped servicing our room 1 day out of a 3 days stay. Also, they won't let you check out until a manager goes through your room to ensure there are no stains on the bedding or towels. So if you're in a rush to check out and leave, plan to be stuck at the counter for another 10 minutes or so. If they find stains, they charge a pretty hefty fee that will likely exceed the 500 THB deposit you put down on the room. Choose to stay here at your own expense.
