Really disappointed in the appartment Pantheon Exclusief Appartement. The bedroom in the back smells very humid and damp and is impossible to sleep in for our sons. This is due to the leakage that obviously happened before. You see all the spurs in the walls and wood. We had to put their mattress in the living room and back again every morning. Also, the beds are very hard (the mattress in front bedroom is worn) the water is still lukewarm and then there was just 1 glass in the kitchen to use for our whole family....! We are frequent travellers and really expected more of this appartment for the price we payed. Martina and Giulia were kind in arranging transfer from the airport and back and were communicative. However, our complaints (waterglasses were delivered) were in the end not taken seriously.

What could have been a great experience, turned to be an ugly one. I stayed at one of their apartments in Beato Angelico 21. It is a nice small apartment, very clean. But the correspondence with every single worker at this firm; Matteo, Francesca and Giulia made it a real struggle. Upon arriving for my check-in I notified Matteo about my arrival 3 days before, but he only responded an hour or two prior. That made me to think maybe it was some kind of scam, and I was panicking and looking for other apartments to find since I needed to stay in Rome for 3 months. From that point on Matteo did it answer any messages if I needed something even though he is the landlord. For anyone choosing to stay at this apartment, I would like to point out that it will be hard to open the windows completely because they are broken and require a lot of force, with which I tried to close one and broke my nail to the point I had to pull it out in emergency room. The doors are also broken so you have to rattle them a bit to enter, they are heavy and slam so the walls break sometimes or pieces of it fall on the ground. Upon returning the deposit, I had to call and email every day for 7 days to “make” then return it. To be clear, we are not talking about 200 euros but about 1700, so for a student I really needed it quicker, but only got it when I had to annoy everyone in the office and administration. Wanted to clean my apartment a bit, also had to put ALL effort in and call 4 times until Francesca actually done her job and called someone in. Lastly, I would advise people not to go here because they are just plain rude - ignoring your messages or you have to chase them to do their job and remind them. What happened was they did not have a pot, which I then bought in IKEA and they told me they would reimburse me in the end. When it got to a time to do that they offered me a voucher for that amount to spend on their apartment next time I come. I politely declined and said that was not the deal. 1) ignored 2) reminded them of the message I sent 3) wrote an email that they should be ashamed they could not afford 20 eur reimbursement while they have 500 accommodations around rome. Still no response because they do not care, 0 for customer and client service which is my priority when I stay with someone. I have to know they are trustable, responsible and responsive, neither of which they are. So sad

DON'T RENT FROM THIS AGENCY 1. During our stay in the "Pigna suite" A heavy glass shower door, fell on our daughter while showering. Instead of fixing the damage and apologizing for the inconvenience, the agency charged our credit card for 250 EU without any prior warning and no explanation whatsoever! We only found out when we arrived home and we were shocked to understand that we'd also been blamed for causing the damage. 2. The shower in the "balcony apartment" was broken from day one and they did not fix it until we left. 3. The apartment doesn’t look anything like the photos on the website and the "balcony" is so small you can barely stand let alone sit there. The living room is tiny and the beds are worn out and uncomfortable. 4. When we arrived in the evening at one of the 3 apartments we rented, we waited, outside, in the street, with 3 young children, for almost 2 hours, for the representative of the agency to arrive. 5. There is no one to communicate with and obviously all that interest them is collecting money! We are extremely dissatisfied with "Rentals in Rome" and would not recommend them to anybody!
