This place was an absolute gem. Walking distance to Fresno supermarket, Shichijo station. My Second Home in Kyoto. Spacious enough for a family of five. Amenities ample in the apartment. Beautiful wildlife observation in the canal. + can spot kiyomizudera temple from the photo. Best Stay!!!

Great location and amenities. It's very convenient to travel around Kyoto. The apartment itself is very cozy and comfortable. Saito Family 2 is a great host, reliable and attentive to details. We would definitely recommend this stay.

My stay at this apartment was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I stepped in, I was blown away by the sheer spaciousness of the place. The layout is incredibly well-designed, providing ample room to move around and relax. Unlike cramped hotel rooms, this apartment truly felt like a home away from home. The highlight for me was the presence of not one, but two air conditioners. With the summer heat outside, stepping into a cool and comfortable environment was a true blessing. And speaking of blessings, the two osen bathtubs were a dream come true! The water temperature was delightfully hot, providing a soothing and rejuvenating experience after a long day of exploring. The apartment's proximity to the Keihan Electric railway was a game-changer. Being so close to the Nara line made our daily commutes a breeze, allowing us to effortlessly explore the city and its surroundings. Convenience at its best! Laundry facilities on-site were a super plus. Traveling light was made easy by having the option to do laundry whenever necessary. As for the fully-equipped kitchen, even though we didn't get a chance to cook, having all the amenities available was reassuring. I cannot emphasize enough how much more space we had compared to a typical hotel room. It truly made a difference in our overall comfort and relaxation. After a day of sightseeing, coming back to this spacious haven was something I looked forward to every single day. This apartment exceeded all my expectations. The combination of space, luxurious amenities like the osen bathtubs and air conditioners, convenience to the Keihan Electric railway, and the overall comfort made for an unforgettable stay. If you're looking for a place that offers more than just a place to sleep, this is it. I would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It's close to Kyoto Station - one might say it's walking distance but anything is if you really are determined to walk :) hahahaha

Lovely apartment in a perfect location. Our family of four very much enjoyed our stay in this fabulous apartment while visiting Kyoto. The apartment is nicely located near the river and train stations. It is easy to find and within walking distance of a good size super market and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and organized. Just as described. There were thoughtful touches included such as shampoo and conditioner, laundry soap, cooking oils, etc. We would highly recommend this comfortable apartment while exploring beautiful Kyoto!

Had a lovely stay with my parents. We felt right at home when we arrived. It's nice that there's a lift, which is quite a rare find. All our other Airbnb stays in Japan require us to carry our luggage up a narrow flight of steps. The apartment is spacious with everything we needed such as iron, washing machine, kettle, microwave, toilet essentials and Netflix subscription. The only downside is that this location is quite a walk from where the eateries (Kyoto station). But it's a good trade off as it's peaceful and quiet :) There's a small cafe just a min away with good breakfast set.
