Rooms are good with amenities. You are charged for 'cleaning' but that cleaning is done after you check out and leave. There is absolutely no room service of any kind whatsoever. I stayed for 3 days. Only a couple of tea coffee sachets were there. On asking for sugar, the reply was nothing is provided apart from what is there in the room. At around 50k yen for 3 days, that's very expensive. Good for families who want to spend lot of time in cooking in hotel rooms! Not for solo travelers.

I was trick by the rating stars. The only great thing about this was it’s will not jam like all other areas we stay because it’s really out far from all the action 😂 Careful, don’t trust all the rating given. We drove so it was really good to be away from traffic but the establishment provides no cleaning service. Not the worst though but they do not care as much about their service. If you like peaceful and quiet area, this will be 4 stars My 2 cents

Really enjoying our stay. We're traveling with our baby, and we have a room with a separate bedroom which is great so we can hang out while she sleeps. It's a nice quiet neighborhood. Not much around, but still fairly central. A bit of a walk to get to restaurants. Enjoy that they have a stroller rental service so we could travel without our own stroller. Disappointed they didn't have any bikes available during the stay, and if you rent from elsewhere you cannot keep them on the property. People rent them for their whole stay, so even though the bike room is full you can't use them if they are 'taken'. It's a bad system.

Room was cute BUT tiny. We stayed in a 20m² room in Tokyo that felt larger than this 28m² room. Linens were clean BUT there were nasty old stains caked into the carpet and "sofabed". Definitely needs a deep clean. Good location and we got a ride from the train station after check in, able to store luggage at the check in center for the day after we checked out. Buzzer system saves an image of everyone that tries to call into the room. Make sure to delete before you go if privacy is a concern.

Based on my later Airbnb experiences, I decided to increase the score I gave here from 4 to 5 because I started to say; it was so small but it was there, but it was very good there..etc.) really satisfactory, has all the qualifications expected from a home. Check in and check out were very smooth. The location is very convenient and easy to use public transportation. Kyoto station, Gojo subway station or bus stations are walkable. In the neighborhood supermarket, grocery or restaurant access is very convenient, you have a lot of choice in walking distance. Kitchen amenities are available and you can cook. Moreover microwave can toast your bread which is very useful for breakfast. The toilet and bathroom no need to say anything which was perfect. The only negative thing was that mosquito screens were not able to seal and mosquitos could enter the inside between the screen and window. As a conclusion I can recommend this place.
