Toal SCAM, stay away!!! Booked and payed for a room. We show up on the night and hardly manage to find the place. Its a cpnstruction site with no street number and no sign. All doors are open and inside it looks like a horror movie scene. Anyways as we cannot find anybody we call, on the phone we are told that our reservation is cancelled and give us no explenation or evidence of this. We are left in the middle of the night on the streets of a city we dont know. We ve been told they play this game with other costumers. One of the worst exeriences ever. Just stay away and maybe go to the police next time!

After the whole day of calling the host we didn't get the answer. We also didn't receive any instructions on how to enter the apartment. We didn't get the room number nor the keys to it. We were searching for the entrance for half an hour and luckily this older neighbour unlocked the buildings front door for us and told us it's probably in the upper floor. We were wondering around the building trying to open door by door till we found a forgotten key on a sofa which unlocked doors to all the rooms. We picked one that looked clean and spent the night there. I had been confused before, staying in BIG capitals of the world (not a 200k capitals town) but this was by far the worst experience. Ever.
