Overall, we were very pleased with our stay at the Residence Inn. If we stay anywhere for more than a night or two, a kitchen facility is quite important, due to my restrictive diet (for health reasons). Restaurant food just won’t work, and I buy food in a supermarket to prepare. The kitchen is tiny - you can’t expect to prepare gourmet meals, but it works if you keep it simple. A few extra items like a kitchen towel or two would be nice, but we used a spare hand towel from the bathroom. The room was comfortable (and spacious, on European standards), the shower good, and we were quite satisfied with the cleanliness, too (and I’m pretty picky on that score). We opted not to have housekeeping come in, so I can’t say much about that, but they will if you like. I didn’t really see a need for it during the three days we were there. We had enough towels. The price fluctuates a lot, depending on the days and dates you choose, but we were pretty fortunate and felt we did better than a recent stay at a conventional hotel (no suite, no kitchen) near the airport. The location is fairly close to the airport, but a shuttle service would have been nice. The downside of the location is that the nearest supermarket is not so near and the bus service not so frequent or reliable. The breakfast is not as good as we’ve had at other hotels, but it is adequate. If I need a hotel in the area again, I would stay here again.

A woman at the reception, named M., had a very bad attitude since the first moment. Unprofessional, sarcastic, and obnoxious. I have been a client for years, and never witnessed such a low class and unfriendly behaviour. You lost a loyal customer. Dear M., please learn some manners. And if you would also like to learn how to do your job profesionally, that would be a nice-to-have. On the contrary, the man at the reception was extremely polite and helpful.

The hotel is brand new and quite stylish. Rooms were spacious and come with a fully equipped kitchen as usual for RI hotels. Big shout out to front desk agent Mr Parminder that even upgraded us to make our stay special. Stayed for 2 nights. Breakfast is complementary and was superb.

While the hotel's location and stylish rooms were commendable, the issues with room amenities, cleanliness, restaurant closure, and breakfast offerings need attention. Plus Points: 1. Good Location: The hotel's location was convenient. 2. Stylish Rooms: The rooms were well-designed and aesthetically pleasing, creating a comfortable ambiance. 3. Well-Equipped Kitchen: Having all the necessary kitchen amenities was great. 4. Self-Service Laundry: The availability of self-service laundry facilities in the hotel was a practical feature. Minus Points: 1. Lack of Slippers and Toilet Brush: It was disappointing to find that there were no slippers in the room, and the absence of a toilet brush was inconvenient for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. 2. Broken Glass: My room had broken glass on the floor, which raised concerns about safety and cleanliness standards. 3. Uncommunicated Restaurant Closure: The restaurant not being operational was unexpected, and it would have been helpful if the hotel communicated this information in advance or upon booking. 4. Limited and Monotonous Breakfasts: The breakfast offerings were inadequate and repetitive, leaving guests with limited choices and lacking variety. 5. Unaccommodating Early Departure: For guests leaving early, such as myself, it was disheartening that the hotel refused to provide a packed breakfast/lunch box. Other hotels have been more accommodating in this regard.
