I only leave bad reviews if it is a really horrible stay. This was horrible. Couldn’t sleep at all, bothered by bugs during all night. Air conditioning does not work, TV didn’t work and the shower either, not pressure at all, only could shower with a drop of water 💧. We spoke in the morning and they’ve changed us to another room. I kindly asked for an extra pillow as the pillows they offer are small size ( the ones we use in a sofa ) , the female receptionist from Saturday 30th night (22hs) , I do not know her name, wasn’t helpful at all, had an attitude giving a face when I asked, she was annoyed by me asking for a pillow . She said there were no pillows left. I believe either is a lie or is a shame for a hotel where you pay this much to not have extra pillows. I do not recommend this hotel at all. They charge you for parking, it’s not close from airport and for sure not close from the city centre. Service is not good either.

Worst hotel ever. Nothing is working in the room. No heater. We hear all kind of noises. Over-priced for such poor quality Poor service.

Reasonable budget hotel with welcoming staff but expensive parking (€20) and non-functioning room air conditioning; it blows air, but not cooled air... not great with 28°+ outside temperatures. Self service breakfast was simple but ideal for a healthy start to the day.

Without a doubt, this is the worst hotel I have stayed in 50 years. The rooms are small, airless and dark, the window can only be opened an inch. The sink plug doesn't hold the water, the shower head was cracked, The air conditioning doesn't work properly and normally cuts out within minutes. The room without proper air-conditioning results in sleeping with the window open a jar allowing the invasion of mosquitoes. My body is bitten over. It gets worse as the hotel is next to a building site. Building deliveries take place at 04.00 with forklift truck loudly moving products around, with a reversing sound to let hotel residents know they are around. At 06.00AM the real fun starts when the builders start their day. I have got home tonight exhausted after a week of no sleep. Don't bother unpacking your bag, there is nowhere to store the clothes. Finally, when you arrive, there is a promotional video for Thon hotels, part of this clip is an amazing breakfast, nothing like what is served up in the hotel. The google description advises that there is a French/ Belgium restaurant. In reality, you buy a meal from the fridge and put it in the microwave.
