Very nice hotel, not that far from Hamburg Altona train station. Each room has its own little kitchen with the ability to cook your own meals if you are tired of eating out during your travels. The breakfast section is also very decent. Overall, I would like to come back :)

The residence Inn is a well designed fresh, new and comfortable hotel. We had the spatious comfort king studio including the queen size bed, a kitchen and bathroom. The standard of cleaningless is excellent, I slept very well on the mattress and the room came with a small basket of snacks, a number of soft towels and well sceinted toileteries. The quality of the breakfast is high and I like the way it is served (One takes out cheese, pudding/yogurth and vegetables from a fridge and it is not standing around in the air for several hours like in other hotels). Ill certainly book here again when I am in Hamburg.

Nice apart-hotel sharing the building with Moxy. Staff is very friendly. The rooms are spatious and the kitchen is very well equipped (incl. stovetop, fridge and dishwasher). The open closet instead is more on the smaller side of things, especially during longer stays, as it also houses the ironing equipment. The overall appearance is modern with some cost saving elements you wouldn't expect for that room rate (e.g. PVC floors and tiling). Meanwhile an external partner providing laundry service has been found. There is also a self-service laundromat and tumbler via WeWash without hanging space for air-drying. Breakfast buffet offers a great variety of bread, cereals, juices, milks, fruit and is adapted to all kinds of dietary lifestyles (vegan, gluten free, etc).

HOTEL: A brand new hotel with a complete kitchen. Location: good, access only to Bus which comes I guess each 10' or less in Normal Days Hour. But you can also use car sharing as you are in the area. Room: Very good and big safe, Iron, Hair dryer is powerful. We had also one gift basket with Popcorn etc. Very practical work table available. The street is silent. Cleanliness: We found two small piceses as we checked in and came to the room. Fitness: for the size of the room was good enough. See the pics Breakfast: Standard but not in good variety but Good Reception: Except one lady I found the rest helpful and kind. They are not always at the desk. aso if you could not see anyone you may fine them in back room behind the desk or the room beside kitchen.
