The shower in our room did not drain properly so that you'd have to turn off the water while showering, or the water would overflow. We let the front desk know as we left for the day, and when we returned, they said it had been taken care of. Unfortunately, the next mornings shower was the same. The morning breakfast was amazing, and all the restaurant staff was friendly and helpful. There is no food or bar available in the evenings.

Good location, walking distance to the river, Tower bridge, Borough market,... There are some good restaurants a few mins walk from the hotel as wellt. Friendly staff. Room is clean. We got a unit with a big livingroom and there is a kitchen too, but bedrooms and bathroom are quite small.

This was my first time at this hotel. I requested a 5 day suite upgrade that was denied. Status on this hotel does not matter, extremely hard to get upgrades in the UK. Everyone is treated the same. The rooms are small but having a kitchen, with appliances started growing on me. Highly recommended for a couple, or anyone traveling with children. Bring your own soap, hard to get cleaning personnel to fill the soap and shampoo dispenser. There’s a laundry room, but be aware that it’s shared with the cleaning crew and their dirty rags that they would leave behind inside the driers. Personally I think it’s pretty nasty. Be aware of the dryers, it could take over 2 hours for your clothes to air dry. Please note that the HEAT was not working on all the dryers. I loved the British breakfast but be there early, the food does not have heating lamps, therefore your food might be cold when you serve yourself. I think the hotel could invest on three food heating lamps. Good hot and fresh bread. Overall the neighborhood where the hotel is located is amazing, just walking distance from Tower Bridge and away from large tourists spots. Plenty of small boutique restaurants and shops. There’s an Italian restaurant just a block away, be there early the food is Amazing.

This has been one of the BEST hotel experiences I've ever had. Let's start with the incredible staff. Finola and Gabriella are gems! My son got sick and dehydrated and they just couldn't be more helpful, caring and attentive. Thank you for your love, assistance and tender loving care. Next--- the complimentary breakfast is amazing. Very complete and delicious. My son is picky and I was amazed to find food that he liked. I also LOVED the complimentary croissants, coffee & hot chocolate available any time of the day in the dining room. They're delicious and it's oh, so convenient. Also, I couldn't get enough for the ability to do unlimited laundry. So convenient, especially on a long-distance trip from the United States. Also,the lounge area is so cozy and perfect. We enjoyed playing there with my son, we also were able to tend to some guests that came to visit, and we also had business meetings there. All around perfection. And to TOP IT OFF THE LOCATION OF THIS HOTEL IS PRIME. It's around the corner from a long street of shops, restaurants, cafes and kids parks. The grocery store is just down the street Very cute little street. It's also very close to all the key areas of the city. We will be returning to this hotel. Thank you for everything, guys!

Enjoyed our five night stay here. The hotel is not super luxurious but still great. The front desk staff was awesome. Rooms were basic but a good size (considering its the UK) as well as comfortable. We actually were able to get a room for 3 which is rare in these parts. Breakfast was good, and enjoyed the 'little perks' hotel offered. We used the Borough or London Bridge Train station which was a 10 minute walk. The area has other conveniences in the area, including the Shard and Borough Market (great place to eat!). Would stay again.
