For what it’s worth the hotel has a good location as we are not comparing it to the resorts inside the parks. The staff (front desk/ kitchen) does make a huge difference to the service rating and the reason for the 4 stars (not 5) is the cleaning staff that is always “missing” something here and there but overall it’s clean (just been picky). We stayed in a 2 bedrooms (suites) lots of space with a nice kitchen. 2 adults and 2 kids. Definitely come back.

This location has ants!! Found millions of ants in our room, I was extremely tired for our layover stay so unfortunately didn't notice right away. We needed a last minute hotel this seemed like a great deal for me and my extended family of 7. I was sleeping and very sick when I checked in so I was sleeping most of the time. Next morning came up from breakfast to take a shower, opened my bag (that was on the floor while I was sleeping big mistake!) and there were millions of ants that crawled out! Mind you we stayed on the 2nd floor. I screamed and ran to the bathroom, noticed there were ants all over the bed too! I flipped out, I have a major phobia of bugs so if I knew the condition of the hotel was that bad I would've never booked. Mind you this is a 2 bedroom suite. There should be no reason there there should ever be this many ants, I was very disturbed . I had to leave some of my personal items. We just got back from a week full of all inclusive luxury out the country and came back to this disaster. I am very upset and embarrassed I picked this location. I work in the travel/business industry and it was my turn to book the experience for the extended family for our layover so I thought I made a good selection but I guess not! We also got a call and they asked when the ants appeared, as if we brought the ants our selves which I found very very VERY derogatory. This had to be an already existing issue and that comment was disgusting, they tried to offer me $100 discount off of the room…. If you can see from some of these previous reviews you can see that the hotel isn’t the cleanest but i gave it the benefit of the doubt! I wish they would’ve let guests know they had these issues before booking because I would have definitely booked elsewhere! I don’t want to look over my shoulder for just dropping a crumb and then millions of ants attack me! I am horrified honestly that was such a nightmare. I still haven't heard back from the hotel manager. So heartbroken.

Overall, it was ok! The hallways smelled bad and the room was questionable on cleanliness (see pics). Breakfast was great tho and the front desk staff was overall nice (one person was a little off but nothing too concerning). The "complimentary" parking is $10/day which is called out when you book but they keep saying it's complimentary when you check in. The pool was 7/10 - it was nice but definitely not cleaned daily! I'd probably stay here again as a third choice so not the worst!

Having stayed last year at this hotel and having an overall good experience I was somewhat excited about staying again at this hotel. Upon arrival the main elevator is broken and filled with very concerning notices that seem to have been there for months: something along the lines that it wasn’t save to use so an inspector had to shut it down… it makes you wonder the state of the second elevator that everyone has been forced to use. Once I get to my floor I notice garbage sitting next to a packed trash can that’s right next to the elevator. You think maybe too many guests ordered in that day but nope, there was garbage by that elevator the entire week I stayed at the hotel. I get in the room and all seems normal/clean. First night was ok even with the noise the AC makes. The second night however, I started hearing water dropping at the tub and it didn’t stop all night long (even after making sure the water handle was tight). The next few days I noticed the the cleaning lady was not cleaning at all… she was just changing the towels and making the bed. I ask the front desk to please send someone to really clean and guess what, no one came to clean during the entire week I was there! To make matters worse, I found other guests socks inside a closet that is probably never cleaned! Stay away!
