Great stay! Huge bedrooms, plenty of room for 4. Only issue we had which was not a deal breaker was maybe have a chair and sofa. And carpet stains. But we noticed some rooms have hardwood. Maybe this room will get I soon. Once again everything else was fantastic.

We stayed here for our honeymoon and we were going to both Disney and universal parks. The hotel was really close to universal but a bit of a drive to Disney but not too crazy. The pool area was lovely and the food at the bar was delicious! The room was very clean and spacious for us! There was some water damage at the bottom of the wall in shower but other than that the room was very well kept. We didn’t use the tub so I can’t give a review about that. Overall for the price and location it is better than I expected! Will book again!

This was our second time this year staying at this Sonder location. Aside of our room being out dated the first time we had no issues. We have also stayed at Sonder in Philadelphia. Our room this time was much nicer then the first time, very clean and spacious. Great view especially on New Years Eve. We arrived 12/31/23, we parked our rental car on the side parking lot about 10:30pm. When we came out in the morning to leave at 11:15am, we found that someone stole the catalytic converter off the rental car! This ruined our entire first full day between having to wait for the police for our report, notifying our insurance company and having to get a new rental. I notified the front desk while we were waiting for police and she didn't seem to care at all. Only said she didn't have access to the cameras. The officer arrived and did the report. He was told by the front desk the person who has access to the cameras wasn't there that day and she couldn't get in touch with him. The officer let us know that the hotels/resorts tend not to cooperate with law enforcement because they don't want the negativity and loss of business. That doesnt make guests feel very safe! This is the last time we will be staying here. If you look at the hotels/resorts near Sonder they have someone patrolling their lots. Our last night at Sonder, police were seen at there again. This is a great location but lacks alot in service and ensuring the safety of guests.

20 minutes before arriving to the hotel they cancelled my reservation for having “an invalid credit card”. Even though my money was withdrawn so it couldn’t have been invalid. They refunded me and then told me I couldn’t re-reserve so was stranded till I could find another hotel. They said I was “flagged” but wouldn’t explain why. Stay away from this place as they can cancel you pretty much randomly and you’ll be out of luck for your vacation. Avoid at all costs
