I would have given this many more stars had the breakfast been more organized and they stopped running out of everything in the middle of service. Every. Single. Day. However, the rooms were awesome, staff in other parts of the hotel were super nice. Everything was clean and tidy. We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s just frustrating that every day they run out of so many food items. And some guests have no problem going and taking HUGE plates of food for their entire table leaving others with nothing.

I gave this hotel 3 stars based on our experience while staying here. The staff are nice, but uncaring. The breakfast is not up to Marriot standards, I would recommend going outside for your food needs. There is a Starbucks near by that was a great substitute. If you’re an elite status member, don’t expect to be recognized with the normal fan fare. You will get nothing for your status. This hotel is a budget friendly option, and comes off that way. If you need somewhere clean to stay at a decent price, this is your place, if you’re looking for the usual Marriot standards go somewhere else.

Very bad experience as the property cancels reservations without much notice. Giving invalid reasons. Cannot be trusted for holiday or vacation plans, please avoid them.

I loved everything about my stay at this hotel. The staff was amazingly helpful. Even though it was heavily booked, I still got one on one attending to when I needed to ask questions, they make great recommendations for activities for single travelers to meet other single travelers. The breakfast was true Mexican style breakfast…yummy! I didn’t get a chance to spend too much time on the roof top as I was already burnt like a lobster from daily activities. The bar was nice in the evening. Gym was clean. For the rate you fee like you are in a 5star hotel. I will definitely return on my future trips to PDC. Oh and before I submit. On day one I got “assigned” a taxi. His name is Bryan. He’s awesome. I literally just thought about calling him and he would be there in seconds. 180 pesos to Av Quinta. The concierge was phenomenal too. I have no complaints!
