Front Desk employees are the best. Greetings and goodbyes daily with a smile. Rooms are very nice. Location perfect for me. Enjoying my stay very much. However the girl next door is very loud between 10pm & 10:15pm. I think maybe she needs a better lover. 15 minutes ? Come on dude. Thanks for reading

We reserved a 2 bedroom suite for the additional space. Chose this hotel due to location of EV charger close by, visiting family, and ability to do some business while in town. Hotel is nice outside and in the halls. However, our room was huge disappointment. From the moment we opened the door it was very apparent this room was missed and very "tired". The table chairs were torn or in one case the vinyl was worn off most to the seat back. The couch, if you can call it that, small, low to the floor, sloped to the center, with very thin uncomfortable cushions. You would be hard pressed to have 3 person sitting on it. The pictures of the site show a full stove with oven. This room had only 2 burner top. Desk chair would sink to the bottom when sitting in it. TV only had 1/2 the channels working. I told front desk in morning but still not working by evening. When I told from desk again that evening I was told "its the weather, No one else complained". There was no weather that day. Tried to use our travel Roku but TV is only a monitor and need to use their box connected to control. Finally started to work in the morning. When I asked about it I was told they reset the system. At this point we decided to leave. We felt this room was the dump for the other rooms damaged or worn items. We will not stay there again.

I was a later checkin at 10:45pm. The room was not clean the desk and counter were sticky. The television in the room didn't work. I went to the front desk to get another room or television fixed. The front desk didn't answer the phone so I went back down to inform them of the television being out. They sent a guy up for 25 minutes at 11:30pm to tell us he needs to call maintenance because switching a room is last resort, at almost 12am. The service and room quality was absolutely horrible.

Residence Inn was a decent hotel with nice suites.I booked a 2br suite and it comfortably fit my family of five. Pros: The security of the hotel. Main entrance is only accessable via room key after hours. All other entrances require a key. Front desk. Personnel were kind and helpful. Location. Directly across from shopping and restaurants. 2BR Suite. Room size was decent and had a full kitchen with cooking equipment. Cons Housekeeping was slow to fill requests and some weren't filled at all. Customer service. Housekeeping was extremely rude. Business Center. Included one computer which was not operating correctly.
