Good location close to Colluseum and original Roman centre of town. Very easy to walk to most attractions and very good restaurants around. Room had black mould in the bathroom as well as in the bedroom. Walls are extremely thin so enjoy listening to your neighbours. The windows also block no noise so be prepared to be woken up every half hour by the street outside, they did provide earplugs which shouldve been a clue. The hotel is unassuming from the outside, there is a spa reception and restaurant but if you ask you will be directed to the hotel. The safe needed replaced and was barely fit for use so we did not trust it.

I booked this room for a romantic getaway, charmed by the jacuzzi on the rooftop, and also for the free spa, if you’d book the room through their official website. First of all, we were very disappointed by the shower, as the water did not get warm. When we mentioned this at the reception, the only response we got was « you’re the first ones to complain about this ». Nothing else. When we checked out, me mentioned it again, and the person told us we would get a big big discount if we ever come back … If I pay 130€ per night, the bare minimum is to be able to take a hot shower in the morning. Or at least get proper customer service when something is not working! On top of this, the jacuzzi did not work, and the info leaflet in the room mentioned it was 20€ per hour you would use it. I thought it was included in the price of the room. Third of all, we got informed we received 10% discount in the spa. When I said my confirmation mail mentioned we could go for free, she changed her mind and said we could for free, but only once. What service is this? Do they charge prices randomly? Overall, very unsatisfactory stay in this hotel, especially due to the total lack of customer service.

The residece is 5' from the Colosseum and 3' from the Roman Forum. The building is renovated. Courteous welcome and very helpful staff. The rooms we had on the top floor were large, with double bed and bathroom with bidet. Above all they were clean and with bath products. The only small inconvenience was that the shower water was not very hot, but my bad luck because colleagues in other rooms found the water very hot. Breakfast on the terrace with a very nice view. I recommend

We stayed here twice in 11 days. Little boutique hotel with fantastic rooftop that's used for the very nice breakfast with fresh fruit to squeeze into juice Not really fancy, small lobby, rooms fine and reasonably sized for being in a big city. Right next to the Forum, like a 5 minute walk to the Coliseum and a Metro station, with lots of neat restaurants nearby. Our rooms were quiet and we slept great. A good place to stay when wanting to stay in the heart of Rome.

Really lovely boutique hotel, Location: well located not far from the colosseum. Rooms: Comfortable, good AC, well designed, luxury shower. Service: the staff were always nice and welcoming, we didn't take breakfast but the breakfast area looked nice and the food looked good. I would recommend 9.5/10 The only flaw is the noise in the night from the outside street (although the hotel provides earplugs by the bed, which made it easier to get over it)
