I've never felt more unsafe and cheated, it was truly awful. I'm writing to warn others so they don't have to share our experience and concern about the accommodation we booked through Booking. Despite the expectations set by the profile, our experience upon arrival was anxious and unsafe to say the least. Firstly, the check-in process was problematic. We were given a code that didn't work, and had to rely on someone else to let us into the building. Through 3 sets of doors we wouldn't be able to openby ourselves later. This made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable from the start. Furthermore, the room we were provided did not match what we had paid for. It lacked the promised amenities and was too small to accommodate all five of us, including our elderly 92 grandmother who was particularly anxious in such an small and shady environment, since there weren't any of the promised windows letting the sun in (it was 5pm. In a summer afternoon). To make matters worse, there were other people, besides the “host” in the space that was supposed to be exclusively ours. The host's explanations about the lack of basic facilities, such as a functioning shower light the main light had to be turned on from, the outside and a "saving" system of the toilet and sink in which we had to reuse the water. When we expressed ourselves and requested either a room change or a partial refund, the host became aggressive and refused our request. This left us feeling upset, nervous, and unsafe in a place with limited access and an angry individual in control of our movements. Eventually, we managed to leave despite the host's attempts to mislead us. Through his complaints and ugly comments we managed to leave the space, even though he tried to show us through another hallway that didn't go to the exit. But our grandma and family was hot and tired by then and got led the wrong way for a little while. The overall experience has left us feeling extremely disappointed and emotionally drained. We strongly believe that measures should be taken to ensure better verification of accommodations booked through platforms like Booking to prevent situations like this from happening again. We're currently waiting for Booking's response to this situation on how to proceed with resolving this situation and removing this accommodation for the sake of others. We have made the full payment and are currently staying in new accommodations since being basically kicked out of there.

HORRIBLE! This place is far from luxury. Host is extremely unpleasant and very, VERY RUDE. He yelled at us, we felt realy unsafe so we left the place. This accommodation looks really sketchy, as well as the whole neighbourhood. Would like to give this place zero stars, they don't deserve even this one. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IT!
