I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I loved the traditional Italian design as opposed to staying in my usual modern hotels. We receive complementary bottle of Prosecco that was chilled and we really enjoyed. The staff were very kind and helpful. The location was in the center of several famous tourist sites located 5 to 20 minutes walking distance depending on which site you are looking to see. Located in the center of a shopping district with plenty of high-end and local designer stores and 1-2 minutes walking with of restaurant options. Great location and I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel met our expectations. Upon arrival, offer water, sweets and somethings like that. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Clean room, good bed, good shower. They offer slippers, tea and toast in the room. The location is great. Close to the metro, the main tourist attractions and there are restaurants and supermarkets around. The only problem was that the air conditioning didn't cool at the time we went because it was already winter season, so the room was very hot. The open window helped a little. Despite being on the first floor, it is worth mentioning that we did not see an elevator.

This hotel was amazing! Perfect location to the shopping streets and close to the best restaurants. The rooms were very unique, clean, and quiet. The staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Rome is a fabulous city and when I return, I will undoubtedly stay at Residenza Canova!

There are multiple issues that arose during our two night stay; 1. Toilet did not flush. There is a basic expectation that you have a functional toilet. This was embarrassing and was partially rectified by giving us a bucket to flush water down, again embarrassing. 2. The wifi was non-existent, it did not connect once. 3. I asked what the price was for water on a message and got a reply 12 hours later saying look in your booklet information (this was not in there). I actually also called on whatsapp, after a very long wait, the guy answered and was useless. He said, “there is a charge, I don’t know what it is” no effort made to look it up. 4. A pipe is broken externally at the front of the property, all night this was making a dripping noise down the front, whoever lives above uses alot of water, this kept us awake. I messaged about the multiple issues and received no such compensation or efforts to rectify our experience.
