Mr Luciano is very welcoming and kind. He gave us a clear instruction how to get in the building and how to navigate around the many security doors. Definitely feel safe with the many layers of security doors. The lift is helpful to get our heavy luggage to our room. The amenities in the room are adequate. We also received a special price, and a welcoming wine, cakes and pastries. Mr Luciano let us borrow a guide book. We're very happy with our stay. Highly recommend.

We recently stayed at the Palazzo Riblet while we visited Florence. This is a very nice, comfortable and spacious place to stay while in Florence. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of the many sights to see in Florence. Luciano and his wife Susan were very helpful hosts and gave us very good recommendations for local osterias and trattorias. Luciano also was able to assist us in obtaining a reservation at an osteria that was highlighted in Stanley Tucci’s CNN “Searching for Italy”. Definitely rates a five star
