Excellent location! Close to all the major spots. It felt like a safe and popular spot to be. The rooms were very clean and decorated fabulously. Breakfast was served in the room and was over the top. I highly recommend this spot! The staff were very friendly and helpful!

We just finished our stay here. It was really good, the staff were friendly and professional. On arrival we were offered a sparkling wine or beer which was a nice touch. The rooms are a good size in a prime location, Also very quiet considering how centrel the location is. The breakfast was excellent aswell. With a great selection of meats and pastries all served in our room. Plus great coffee! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a hotel in Venice and would definitely stay again!

Excellent location and friendly staff that made sure we were able to find the building before our stay. The front deskman was particularly helpful, and the lady that served breakfast was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast in the room was wonderful and much more than anticipated.

We stayed there because the reviews were great. The location is extremely central and the room is nice. However we had a horrible experience. There were bed bugs in our room (yellow room). At first we did not know that it was bed bugs and mentioned there were black bugs to reception who said they would check. The night after, the reception said it should be ok but the bugs were still there (we took pictures and showed a video to the reception). After we left, we made a few phone calls and did web searches and understood that it was bed bugs (we have zero doubt). We emailed the hotel two days ago to inform them and suggest they take measures and have not heard back from the hotel. We stayed in the yellow room in the photos. I would recommend not to go there until there is confirmation that the bugs are out. We have been spending a lot of time since we left washing and drying all our stuff from Venice and so far so good. Had their not been bugs we would have given the hotel a 5 star review.
