Firstly, the only lock you have for your room is a typical turn-key with no deadbolt or chain. Major safety concern? The code was wrong to get into my room. This Covid style no contact style business operations is terrible. The phone number sent via email was incorrect. I had to find an information board posted on the property to get a working customer service number. The cable wasn't working and I had to manually restart the system. Bathrooms don't have an exhaust fan.

First time here - went to an event nearby. All contact with hotel is email. Check-in and check-out are remote, locks are coded. Room was clean, really comfy king bed. Shower is really small and dark and the water pressure is poor. Towels were nice. Only saw one person working there and he was cleaning rooms - nice guy. Outdoor firepit was on the entire time we were there. Neighborhood was quiet.

Had a great weekend and our stay here was in a good location the room was comfy.. we were out and about during the day perfect just to come back and sleep, bed was comfy and the pillows were nice..I will be back.. Thank you Restheaven crew.. William it was great meeting you..

It is a 0 star. Horrible. Location is not in nature like we expected, it is by the road and casinos, sketchy and unsafe area. Construction ongoing around. Very loud, you can hear everything going on upstairs and around you. There was even trash cans on the floor with trash everywhere. We asked to cancel our second night as soon as we got there. They said no and kept the money. Staff is not even there because it is touch less, that makes it easier for them to scam people and not deal with anything. Beach is sketchy, dirty, small, looks like a dog park and not within walking distance. Trashy surroundings. Looks like a motel. No breakfast. There was only 1 ticket each in the room to access the "paid beach" for our 2 days stay. They are unfriendly and unwilling to help and cooperate in any situation. We booked through Booking and that was the only way we got them to answer. Still not able to cancel or get refunded. It was so bad we left.

They are doing pre-checkin but they didn't send me the code to my room after I checked in. The number on the board is not answering. Worst check-in experience ever. ======= Update: I finally got the code after reaching out to booking. Local property manager Mia is kind enough to reach out to me and apologize, and I really appreciate the gesture. I hope no one has to experience this in the future. Rating should be 4 stars if the check-in process is smoother.
