Community is very well maintained, lot of amenities including swimming pools and gym immaculate.

I lived here and they switched management they are unfair made me take out my outside plants yet other people had large outdoor plants and hanging decorations outside, the office staff and maintenance are very unprofessional the maintenance men have unlicensed parked cars there work on their own cars while others can’t. Also there quick to tow your car without notice, infestations of cockroaches and broken blinds dishwashers/toilets dont work I wouldn’t even give this place 1 star!

We Live here, and are very pleased with the management, everything always looks nice. We had some loud neighbors once, but they actually moved out after few weeks! It was great considering we have a newborn at home. Husband loves the exercise room when he comes home from work. My only concern would be how much we are paying in rent compared to people who has been living here for more than 2 years. But other than that, we've made really good friends, and its nice and quiet.

Villa del Sol has been an excellent place to live, and if I were staying in the CFL area then I would likely remain here. Staff and neighbors have all been very friendly, pools are clean, gates and grounds well-maintained, plenty of parking, have had no security problems at all. It can get noisy on weekends til fairly late at night, but this is life in a busy apt or condo community and I would not expect otherwise.
