I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction with the poor standard of service that I received. My booking was cancelled just 2 days before my business trip. I booked a room in this hotel a week before my flight and the hotel confirmed my booking via email and provided me with confirmation number and pin-code. Furthermore, just 2 days before my trip, I received an email that my booking was unilaterally cancelled due to some problems with my credit card and the hotel did not request another credit card details. Moreover, while the hotel has a pay on the spot option which I chose, they have decided to check my credit card only a few days before my arrival. I am totally dissatisfied and confused with such inept service from this hotel and I will recommend avoiding this hotel if you plan any business trips.

Hi , we had a great trip with family. I really appreciate the welcome from the Hotel manager's 🏨 who really nade us comfortable and always available to serve, as we had language issue but they helped us very good place near to all shops and easy access for food , neat and clean ambience served with hot coffee and 🍵 for free .Close to most of the attractions. Look forward to visit again and stay in sane Hotel in shaa Allah.

Excellent location, most attractions are walkable from this hotel and there are loads of great restaurants nearby. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, especially Parvin (great bloke). Highly recommend this hotel for value and comfort.

I can say that mostly all the touristy objects and attractions are walking distance from this hotel actually, from Turkish restaurants, Blue Mosque is only 800m to walk and it means really close to everything you need. It’s in gem location. It’s safe neighborhood and the receptionists is ready for 24h to help visitors. Mr. Issam is the kindest receptionist and not racist at all, because unfortunately I’m quite often get racist harassment from Turkish people. He would help you for anything from room condition until tourism suggestions. The room is also very clean and the cleaning lady also very kindest people. Would definitely stay in here again if I visit Ist.

Clean and nice looking rooms, with exceptional staff which will give you all touristic details and information, they have good air conditioner and the bathrooms are big and clean. This hotel is perfect for a few days city break. The only problem of this hotel are the thickness of the walls, in combination with some noisy room neighbors can be unsatisfying to hear everything from their room (TV, baby crying, troler rolling) Overall 5 stars definitely deserved!
