Long life and good health to the elderly gentleman at the registration desk. It seems like he's the kind old grandfather you find in fairy tales or Turkish series. Much respect to him and his kindness. I have a story. My mom came to visit me for 1 day. I approached the registration desk thinking that I would have to pay for her, but they told me that she was my guest, so I didn't have to pay anything extra. And in the evening, they said she could also join me for breakfast. I hope they will read my review because I want to say thank you to them. Speaking of the hotel itself, overall I was satisfied. Yes, the rooms are not new and need some cosmetic repairs, and yes, the view from the window is of an abandoned building, but these seem like minor details. I had the chance to meet all the hotel staff, and they were all kind to me. Surprisingly, the bathroom was quite spacious, which is rare for Istanbul hotels. There were no issues with the internet in the room, everything worked quickly. I couldn't figure out how to turn off the light above the desk. No matter how much I pressed, I couldn't turn it off. But the solution was simple, I unscrewed the light bulb so the light wouldn't disturb my sleep. And don't forget to bring earplugs when traveling if you want to rest without noise. I recommend booking a room with breakfast included. They serve it in the neighboring hotel, and you have no idea how amazing their breakfasts are. My respect to the chefs and waiters. They offer a different menu every day, with fresh pastries and desserts. And the view from the circular panorama is simply mind-blowing. There are some things that could be improved, but overall it's okay.

The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from the historical sites. The rooms were not only comfortable but also elegantly designed, offering a blend of modern amenities and a touch of Turkish charm. The staff was exceptionally welcoming, always ready to assist with a smile.
