The rooms are basic you have the bare essentials, oddly a kettle cups but no tea, coffee, etc the shower you sit in the bath for as the shower hose is not tall enough to stand up in. As part of a tour holiday we paid €17 per person to stay in centre of town if this was the upgrade I dread to think of the alternative, the blankets on the bed had marks on them which is not pleasent, im a seasoned traverler and have stayed in basic and luxurious hotel, even travel lodges in UK have basic welfare comforts, note a double room is 2 single beds not 1 double bed as you would expect if travelling with partner expect to push beds together and pray you dont fall down the gap when they move. there is a good Vietnam resturant 200m away and a shop directly behind hotel if you need water for your room tea, coffee or anything else. On our arrival we were part of several other coach tours to arrive. So do expect to wait to be checked in. You are not in centre it's tram and public transport rides to town

The rooms were big and well maintained. The cleanliness was top.. nothing to complain. The toilets and the shower were all so well cleaned and sanitized. We enjoyed our stay there. Also the breakfast was great..lot of options eggs, bacon, different types of bread, fruits, salads, fruit juice... Etc. It's a little outside from the Prague center. But the public transportation easily takes to there. The bus stop is just 1 min walk from the station and in 40 minutes guy reach the centre of Prague. Very friendly staff.

Nice hotel at a quiet location with very friendly staff. Connecting transport available to visit centre of town.very good breakfast buffet with variety of items and coffee.

For a start this is not a 4star hotel, more like 2star. Reception looks nice when you enter but the room we had on the 5th floor was not. There were dirty marks and scuffs all over the walls, carpet looked dirty, large areas of paint had fallen off the walls in the bathroom, shower didn't work, beds were ok though. After going out shopping which is 30 mins in a taxi to get to the centre, we came back to the hotel to the bar being closed, apparently the bar only opens 10am til 2pm daily, not at all in the evening??? Oh and a very rude woman that works on reception. I certainly wouldn't return to this hotel so I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
