The room we ordered via Booking does not correspond to what we saw here: no promised facilities, no fridge, no wardrobe, two separate beds instead of one big, no coffee machine, no even soap! As these was all in the description of the Delux room, we were disappointed. The room is very small, I would say tiny. The shower works badly, the toilet leaks. The staff speaks English either very badly, or not at all. There is no reception here to communicate any issue, including check out. The room is located next to entrance door, and each guest leaving or entering is heard very loudly. I would not recommend this place because too many discrepancies and inconsistencies.

The room is comfortable, clean and quiet. There is no 24-hour reception, there is an extra fee if check-in is carried out after 6pm (not informed on booking) and the left-luggage service after check-out is carried out in another location 10 minutes walk from the hotel. accommodation.

A good place. Really very clean, daily cleaning! Small size toilet. The room has: 1. Toilet with shower 2. Flat TV 3. Refrigerator 4. Kettle 5. Coffee, sugar, sweets Good place to stop. Quite convenient to the Vatican and, in principle, to all attractions. We walked everywhere, a couple of kilometers, but you came here for a walk! There are many cafes nearby where you can have breakfast or dinner. The negative for me is that this is not a hotel, there is no 24 hour reception. I would recommend this hotel (Guest House) for living, you can live! A good host and wonderful coffee and sweets and cookies every day are a definite plus!

I'm giving 1 star because I can't put less on Google... I've been waiting since May 2020 for a refund of 5 nights from Rhome 19 following the cancellation of our visit (Covid-19 problem). The establishment promised and assured us a refund, we provided everything necessary but from the moment we gave our RIB no more answers... despite several calls where the manager assured us that we would be refunded (we were through booking) In short, I absolutely do not recommend staying here because if you have the slightest problem: no help
