We had a reservation for a couple of nights in this Riad, but we could not attend because of the earthquake that hit Marrakech a couple of days ago. At all times they have been very attentive and answered all of our questions very quickly. When we were unable to attend due to the situation, they gave us a refund even though the cancellation period had expired, you can tell that they care about the welfare of their customers both before and during their stay. If we ever have a second chance to go to Marrakech, this Riad will be our first choice, whatever it takes.

We spent 3 nights in Riad al Loune and our experience was amazing. The rooms are very cosy and clean, beautifully decorated. They take care of every detail. The staff is very thoughtful and helpful at any time. The breakfast is served in the patio by the pool and it is freshly made, it is very good and generous. As there is only a few rooms in the riad, the service is very attentive and close. We strongly recommend to stay in the riad!

This cute Raid was our first place to stay in Marrakech and it didn’t disappoint it was so beautiful behind the big wooden door. The staff were so helpful and the breakfast was really good with lots of food. They have a rooftop where you can watch the sun go down and have a cocktail or 2. We would stay again for sure!!!

Wonderful Riad! Perfect quiet location just a few minutes far from the busy and crowded areas inside the Medina. Everyone at the Riad took really good care of us, our room was being cleaned every single day and I have to give a shout out to Jaouad, such a friendly and caring host that looked after us while we were there. Also had dinner there one night and the food was really good. Overall felt like we were treated like we were home.

Nice property, looks like the pictures the service was good but I had to drop 2 stars based on the terrible guard they have on the way to the property, he was unprofessional and demanded money from me for protection! You need to report that guard because based on him I wouldn’t recommend your Riad unless people are travelling in at least a group of 3 so they never have to be accosted by that guard!
