This post deserves a special mention of Ousama.He is trustworthy and helpful! Great service 👏 The riad has a Hammam and a heated pool.Breakfast available at extra cost. The riad itself lacked amenities. The WiFi was poor. Some rooms don't have proper heating or cooling! It's a 3 star accommodation. No complimentary tea/coffee,no kettle.Not worth the money. You need to walk a while from the car drop off point to get to the riad. Its a part of the Medina experience. But not for families with very young kids or with mobility issues.

The Riad is small but very beautiful! - The people which are in the Riad such as Oussama & Ismael, are super friendly and super helpful. - You need a taxi? - They will get you one, - You want to change your plans last minute? - No problem! Everything is possible! The taxi company they work with (KIWI) - is super friendly and as well share with you the local things such as normal priced food and best location for your stay and or sightseeing. Would highly recommend this Riad, if you want a local experience !

The rooms are decent and relatively clean. The bathrooms and room are not cleaned daily. There is no kettle or iron in the rooms. There is a hairdryer. If you want a traditional feel of rough walls and steep stairs and don't mind a bit of dust then you will feel at home here.

There is nothing I would improve about this Riad. It's centrally located, the rooms are clean and beautiful and the staff are AMAZING. Anything you need, they can help you with - they are so accommodating and they make everything so easy. Anything that seems a little bit hectic about Marrakech is solved by the wonderful Yasser and Ismael. It's great for families but we went as a couple, and I will defiantly be going back. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
