Marco (owner) welcomed me with mint tea and walked me thru map of Marrakech. Asking what I wanted to see/do and then circled highlights on the map. He also provided cell phone programmed to call Riad and him if you needed anything. I switched Riads to join my friend when she arrived. The New Riad despite its trendy reputation fell far short. Wished I was back at Riad Infinity Sea! Marco arranged last minute massage when I arrived and it was heavenly. Infinity Sea was well appointed and nicely decorated.

Perfect Riad in the Medina, a tranquil setting run by Marco, who welcomes you and sets you up for everything you need to know and do -- complete with cell phone. Marco and his staff made for a great stay. We enjoyed the pool, the spa (massages) and the food. By the way, the best food we ate in Marrakech was at Infinity Sea (and we went to several places that are on most people's checklists).
