What can I say about this Riad. Exceptional service and tranquility in the middle of the crazy Medina. Mohammed and his team attend to every detail perfectly. Immaculate rooms, beautiful wood fires at night and an incredible roof space. Highly recommend staying here.

Staying at Jaaneman was a pleasant experience. We spent 5 days into a quiet dimension enjoying any single minute of the stay. Beginning with a healthy and delicious breakfast served with smile by the personnnel. Continuing with va energizing massage on the early morning or joining a yoga class just next door. Dinner are tasty and romantic. Rooms are big and design and confortabile. I loved waking up with only silence except birds sound. Finally I remember spending hours late afternoon relaxing in the terrace watching the pink sky.

I returned to this hidden gem after six years to celebrate a friend’s birthday and Mohamed (the host and manager) remembered me! It’s this kind of customer service that puts Riad Jaaneman above all others - service of a five star hotel with the privacy and personal touch of a home away from home. The Riad itself is perfectly located for a taste of the authentic old Marrakech as well as the new. Each room is beautifully decorated with different themes that bridge the Italian/French heritage of the owners with the vibrancy of Moroccan culture - curating a tranquil environment that enlivens all the senses. I can’t praise the staff enough as they’re the crowning jewel of what makes this place so special - from Anna’s cooking, to Mohamed’s thoughtfulness and everyone else we had the pleasure of meeting. Thank you again for a wonderful trip and see you all again soon!

Couldn’t have asked for better accommodation for our weekend in Marrakech. It’s in an ideal location; 10 minute walk to the main square through the Souks. Mohammad 1 and 2, and all the staff went above and beyond to make us feel at home during our stay. Our room was just like the pictures and immaculately clean - they were cleaned and tidied everyday. The breakfast was wonderful and presented with care around the courtyard. All in all 5 stars would recommend to everyone staying in Marrakesh.

The Riad Jaaneman is located in one of the best areas in the medina but it is situated only a short walk to taxis if you are travelling further afield. The Riad is comfortable, very clean with plenty of places to relax. The staff are its greatest asset; efficient and very willing to advise or help. We liked to return in the late afternoon to sit on the roof terrace, to enjoy a drink and watch the sun set over the medina.
