The rooms are small. The bathroom is ridiculous, small, the bath is half size and the step up to the bathroom cubicle is too high. Economic price and central for business.

This hotel was fairly small, but very close to our favourite train station, Umeda Osaka. Starting point for seeing anywhere in Osaka or Kyoto, or Kobe from Juso station nearby, we love the downtown convenience. We didn’t stay for breakfast, but the restaurant looked nice and clean. Location, location , location!

As I always say in these kind of hotels in Japan, too small but not a big deal. Staff let me keep my bag until I could check in. Location is great, right over Higobashi Station and 10 minutes away from JR Osaka Station by walk.

Booked for four and got two rooms which were adjacent to each other. Let me be clear that you should not expect a massive room. One person with their luggage and they would be "cozy". We had two per room so we had to carefully shimmy ourselves past eachother. With that being said the front desk staff are very accommodating. They spoke English well enough to get the meaning across. It was a bit hot in the room even with the AC on so we had to call front desk for a key so we could open up the window. The location of the hotel is fantastic as it's literally 1 minute away from the subway station entrance/exit. Convenience stores are all around plus a 24 hour restaurant right across the street. The room itself while small and a little dated, had all the necessary amenities. They also clean the room every day which is nice. We got a smoker room even though we were non-smokers. We weren't able to smell any left over smoke from the previous guests. All in all, it's a reasonably priced hotel, and really how long would you be staying inside the hotel and not going out to explore.
