We booked two of the three apartments in the hotel. No complaints about the bedding or even the decoration which is truly quality. The staff is quite pleasant. On the other hand, access to the washing machines as well as the smoking room is free only for people who have reserved standard rooms (?!?). In addition, when reception is closed (from 10 p.m.) this access is completely prohibited to you while other customers retain this possibility. I am a smoker (and as everyone knows, smoking in the street is prohibited in Japan) and I can no longer smoke after 10 p.m. or even collect my laundry at the end of the cycle (?!?). It is therefore important to know that with the “large room” (or apartment) solution, you will pay more for fewer amenities (or even more convenience at all after 10 p.m.)! This information does not appear anywhere, it was a bad discovery when you arrived…☹️
