All perfect. Excellent connection. 5min walk to train that will take you to airport in 18min. 8min walk to metro to city center. You can also walk to Belvedere in around 25-30 minutes. Hotel Service very good, continental breakfast very good with big choices. We enjoyed very much the Brazilian theme. The rest of the hotel is also kept in the same vibe which is very nice. We had apartments which is more like a room with kitchen in it but everything was designed very well and it didn’t seem small. Room clean and there was everything we needed. In our future city stays we will be definitely looking out for Rioca hotels.

Great and kind staff working here, the hotel building & rooms have everything you need. Only complaints is the distance from attractions which isn’t in their control because there is a nearby transportation station up the street. Although when we arrived the room was a bit messy as there were crumbs and stains on the furniture. The kitchenette was also was lacking majority of supplies so we had to constantly go downstairs to ask for items but the staff were extremely helpful and fast with helping our concerns.

The hotel's location is excellent, conveniently close to the tram stop with direct routes to the center and train station. The room itself was well-maintained, featuring a pleasing design, cleanliness, and a complimentary sparkling water bottle. I particularly enjoyed the presence of Bluetooth speakers in both the room and toilet. However, considering the room's value, it was disappointing to find a kitchen with a kettle but no complementary tea bags or coffee. Additionally, the toiletries provided were limited to hand soap and a 2-in-1 shampoo+shower gel. The towels provided were hand towels instead of larger, more comfortable shower towels. On the check-out day, the staff knocked on our doors 20 minutes before the designated time, stating they needed to clean the room. This was inconvenient and unprofessional, detracting from an otherwise positive experience.

Rooms are amazing. I'm very demanding with hotel and airbnb rooms and this one was 5 stars for sure. I did the best shower of my life. The stuff was excellent as well, very friendly and helpful. I put 4 stars for the location, because it was slightly away from the from the bus stop. But to be honest the location was very beatiful as well, surrounded by big elegant building.

The place is very modern. The rooms are spacious and have a nice atmosphere. You've got all the appliances you need in the kitchenette such as sink, electrical stove, microwave etc. A big closet and a dining corner are also included. There's no active air-conditioning available but you can open the big door to the balcony and it's more than enough. The room was clean on arrival. The shower is great, always had hot water. Bed is very comfortable The reception service is top-notch, the same goes for the people at the bar. Very friendly and kind people. There's a lot of parking spaces near the hotel and even an underground parking lot! Some may be intimidated by the location as it's a bit far from the center (35-50 minutes by foot) but if you've got a Vienna city card you have trams, metros and busses nearby that can take you there in a matter of minutes very very frequently so don't let the distance scare you off.
