Well firstly - I enjoyed my holiday despite the hotel being out dated, dirty, smelly, small, and basic. The hotel need a refurb big time. THe cleaning crew not great - never took any dirty cups and plates for few days, they never cleaned properly - i can do better with my eyes closed. The bathroom stunk of toilet waste. we met a couple ther and she went to use our loo an was sick from the smell. we had to leve door open all the time. The food wasn't great, i mainly had salad, came home skinner, which good i guess, but not after paying the money and i hardly ate much. Always flies round the food, which puts you off. hardly any entertainment there probably only 2 out of 10 nights we where there. Don't use the excursion guys - cost way to much. The stair in that place were just crazy, everywhere -i came home much fitter but not what you want on holiday in 40c heat. The only great thing about the holiday was the people we met and a lot of them that worked there. The rep girls where amazing and friendly. the restaurant manager was amazing and the restaurant staff help us if we was unpleased with things. The waiting staff where so good to us and chatted and knew our drink orders and brought us drinks and popcorn. we where really looked after by the team, and so grateful for that, or holiday might not of been bearable. The staff where so great, cant fault them, its just a shame the hotel its self let it down. but we made the most of it.

Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in looks nothing like the pictures was so disappointing the room was so dated and dirty, the bathroom smelt terrible every time we put the tap on or shower it would leak into the main room the shower was tiny couldn’t move in it and the sheets never got changed once and we was there for 11 nights! We only got fresh towels when asked for them. The food was shocking always cold doesn’t cater for English at all the restaurant is riddled with cats all over the tables and I’m allergic it was truly shocking not a 4 star hotel in the slightest they would be lucky to get 2 stars out of me! The bar staff where so rude always serve other guests before us even though we was waiting first then will continue to go on there phones while your still stood waiting one guy at the bar with curly Afro hair was nice he was the only one who would serve you and have a little gab. Our room was at the furthest point of the hotel with a lot of steps and of a night there was no lights so couldn’t see when going the room had to put torch on my phone! Honestly wouldn’t recommend booking here it’s not what holidays are about we had to go out every night for food because it was that bad.

This was the most horror hotel ever in Bodrum. The rooms are dirty, the food is not fresh and very disgusting, every day the same food. They use the leftovers for the next day. The service is very bad. The manager is not friendly. My friend and 1 paid a lot and we came from far so we expect something for the price. We eat everyday outside because the food is horrible. We tried to stay positive but we can’t. If you want to lay on the daybeds by the pool is always full and the most of the beds are broken. Every person we spoke to in this hotel is complaining about everything. The swimming pool is smelling like fish. It’s not a 4 star hotel it’s a 0 star hotel. Like I said if I could give this hotel a zero I definitely would. People please don’t make the same mistake. This can ruin your vacation.

Wow where so I start! Firstly the food was amazing lots of choice every day, unfortunately lots of people expecting more ‘English’ options!! The 2 General Mangers who run the Restaurant & Bar were amazing they should be so proud of their team as they were extremely attentive & always on hand. Selection of drinks available throughout the day & evening were more than adequate with massive selection of non & alcoholic drinks. Location wise with lots of steps etc, sorry you should read the hotel information as does state lots of steps due to being in the hills. Rooms are not the best but personally the amount of time spent in there was ok, towels changed daily & bed made everyday. Would not class as 4* hotel compared previous hotels that we have stopped in.
