Walls (or maybe it's my door) are paper thin meaning that every conversation in rooms two doors away from mine are clearly heard . Sleep is hard to come by. I asked for a room change after two sleepless nights with no joy, and I know that the hotel is not full. Pool is nice, staff are friendly.

What a wonderful hotel !! The staff are the most friendly and efficient staff I have ever come across Such a pretty and peaceful atmosphere Very clean We loved the hotel cats If you aren't into cats you won't be bothered by them so it's not an issue at all 10/10 for service The staff made it for us !!!

I've tried the Serpina Hotel for the second time in April 2023, and I am glad to see that all rooms are renovated since my previous stay in October 2022. The room looks cosy and comfortable. Breakfast at the hotel is rich in terms of context, I strongly recommend freshly-baked cakes. Swimming pool is always clean and the beach is very close (3-4 minutes walking distance). Staffs are very friendly.

We’ve just returned from a weeks holiday at this hotel and it’s been one of the best holidays we’ve ever been on! This is by far the friendliest hotel we’ve ever stayed in, and the staff cannot do enough for you. The provided breakfast was a delicious mix of meat, cheeses, bread and fruit with eggs and pastries mixed in throughout the week. The hotel also offers lunch and evening meals which are all great quality and reasonably priced. Most importantly, the staff really do care for you and really do bring everyone in the hotel together during the evening entertainment. We will be re booking to holiday here again next year, and can’t wait to see everyone there again soon.
