The location was very good, quiet neighbourhood, yet close to the city centre and the airport shuttle bus stop. We felt very safe and comfortable. Staff was exceptionally friendly.

It's a ok place I've never stayed in Rome to have another comparison. I was expecting a fancier room based off photos in the adverts but It wasn't a big disappointment. Coming in there is a bit of an awkward smell but once you go into your room and cut the air on it sorta goes away. The room is pretty simple, bed, desk TV, micro fridge, bathroom was clean room was clean..towels were clean.... didn't care for the one sheet on the mattress... I feel If you're a hotel you need more protection from other people's bodily fluids and DNA..I pulled the sheet up the mattress is discolored from its use.... needs a mattress pad & cover IMO. Location was great a got around easily on a scooter. Plenty bars restaurants and snack places within walking distance. The check in and out after hours was easy.... pretty ok...

We stayed here for three nights in Rome during the Christmas and New Years' week. We arrived late after 10 PM and the bnb staff had already made arrangements for our late checking. It was very smooth and the lady at the desk who we met the next day is very friendly and nice. The room was spacious with high ceilings and the bed was nice and comfortable. A nice closet space and mini bar. The bathroom was modern and the shower with good hot shower throughout the day. Great value for money. The hotel is on the other side of the river and walkable distance to the city center. We enjoyed and will recommend this place

I would strongly recommend you do not stay there if you want to spend lovely and relaxing holidays. We have not been able to access our room on 3 occasions, for a 7 nights stay! On the day of our check in, we could not access the suite as the battery of the door was down. We had to wait more than one hour for someone to come. We were also struck outside with 3 other residents at midnight and had to wait more than one hour to come - and thanks god, someone was able to make international calls. On our last day, we could not access the suites again because our code wasn’t working anymore! This ruined our last evening in rome as we were afraid to get out again and be struck outside!! We have asked for a refund and the staff has been avoiding us. No answer, no excuse, nothing. Such unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable. If you want to enjoy your holidays: book somewhere else.

Extremely clean rooms and restroom! I was nervous not all rooms were going to have a private bathroom but apparently they do, at least ours did. Daily housekeeping. No breakfast included due to covid. Free Wi-fi. This is a guest house, not a hotel, so the staff is not there 24/7. Very kind staff (English & Italian spoken). The guest house is on the 3rd floor of a building. Tiny (2 people & luggage) old elevator but it gets the job done. Beware, the walls are paper thin, you can hear the neighbor sneezing! Within walking distance to coffee shops & the supreme court in Rome. 20 min walk to the Vatican. Overall, great experience, would definitely stay here again!!!
