It's not a three-star hotel, it's a B&B with three names that are mutually used on the booking website. There is an elevator, but the elevator only goes to the middle of the floor. You have to climb half a flight of stairs first, and then climb half a floor after exiting the elevator. I booked a "one" quadruple room, which has two separate bedrooms and bathrooms. As a result, the house was entered through a public gate, and the four members of the family were separated into two separate dormitory-like rooms that were not connected. There were other residents on the same floor. There is no bathroom in the room. You have to go to the bedroom to use a separate bathroom, which is extremely inconvenient. There was no hot water when taking a shower at night, and the counter staff had already gone off work and no one was around to deal with it· The website says there is breakfast, but you have to leave the B&B and eat at a cafe five minutes’ walk away. The price at the time of booking was increased when checking in，indicating that the price quoted on that day was the main one. We moved in in mid-October, and on the first day we checked in, we paid the city tax in full during our stay. But the city tax was added the next day. The price has increased from €4 per person per day to €7 · It is not a five-star hotel but it is comparable to the same level.

The room was nice and clean and I loved that it was a suite. The terrace was a lovely addition. It was easy to find with the instructions. The staff was incredibly helpful and allowed us to keep our bags in the back after we checked out and helped us find a taxi. The location was the best part though. There were so many delicious restaurants nearby and everything was walking distance.

Perfect location. Very near to the Fontana di Trevi. A few minutes walk to Colosseum. Clean with spacious rooms. Wi-fi connection was poor. Sometimes we have not hot water, but the weather was extremely hot, so cold water was fine for four of us. We have coffee machine in our room, and on the other room was the kettle for hot water. I think it’s a bonus when you are in Rome. There is a breakfast as well, but we have without breakfast.
