+ Good location, everything is close. They have paid parking near the hotel. - Very soft beds, there is no soundproofing at all. You can hear everything from closed rooms and corridor. Also, everyone can hear what you’re doing even in bathroom.

Our room had loud music from nearby bars every night until 3-4 am so it was hard to enjoy the room in the evening and sleep (Im generally not very noise sensitive but this was too much). They say they have a social mixer every night for guests but there was none (even for NYE) and the bar onsite was closed. The hotel has a deserted, dead vibe and minimal amenities. I got the impression that its managed by a 3rd party contractor but I can't say for sure. you may as well be staying in a rented condo or airbnb. There is no elevator and the location is too far from the ADO and collectivo bus stations walking wise (around 20 mins). Staff at front desk not very knowledgeable. More like a nicely decorated motel than a 3 star hotel. If you stay in Playa stay somewhere further away from 5th ave as the area is a circus of trashy club music blaring on every corner. Ideally, I d avoid staying in downtown Playa if possible, not impressed with the area.

Great stay. Hotel was walking distance from shopping strip and beach. Family of 4 traveling with toddler, the hotel has a pool for kids. There was a bit of noise at night with it being close to the strip but not enough to keep you awake. If you are a light sleeper i recommend taking a sound machine. The price is good for the location but note this is not a luxury hotel. You get what you pay for. Otherwise we will definetly return.

You cannot stay here if you would like to sleep. I'm writing this at 2:30am. The bar across the street is the only place any where around that is absolutely blasting music. You can hear blocks away, unfortunately this hotel is directly across the street. The staff is friendly and kind and offered ear plugs - I'm already trying to sleep with noise cancelling headphones on. This is crazy
