Right in the heart of Manila, Ermita is the place to be. Probably get the VIP Room to experience the best of this hotel

I'd say 5 star all the way but the room could use a bit of freshing up. The tube/shower has HOT water and was great but it's little narrow for a westerner. Other than that...this place is AWESOME!! Staff was great and the restaurant food was tasty and affordable. I did not know there was a casino but it's literally steps away from the hotel. Wish it was a little less expensive but I would definitely recommend and will be back myself soon myself

I would give it zero stars if I could. We were tired from a bumpy plane ride when we checked in to this hotel. Specifically, I requested a non-smoking room because none of us smokes. However, the receptionist told us that the only available room was a smoking room which not making any sense because I’d already booked and confirmed a non-smoking room. Furthermore, she suggested an upgrade which we would have to pay extra. I refuse to get along with this scheme and try to rip off tourists just because they can. We ended up getting the upgrade for free, but just for a night and we’ll transfer to the room we initially booked which you can see from the photos. Old and smelly, and bugs were flying around the room. Stay away from this hotel.
