We had 4 halfboard rooms, we checked in at 5pm,rooms are clean,foods are not the best, the switch off hot water from 8pm and main lightsand asked us to leave early.very poor managment of athula. Not the best place

We had a really pleasant stay at Rivora Residence. The staff was pretty great. When we arrived our TukTuk driver pulled the good old “no change” trick on us but the staff was there to help us out. The rooms where clean and well maintained. The Hotel is a little bit out though. Should be around 600 Rs to get to the city center so no problem at all.

Beautiful furniture. The house and room were very clean. Nice staff. Very good and big breakfast. Good neighborhood but a bit outside of Kandy

Beautiful modern hotel. The location is a little out of town so great if you are looking for some tranquility. The centre of Kandy is still easily reachable by cab or Tuk. Our room (207) had a great view and was clean and well equipped. The staff are very helpful and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. Public spaces are well maintained and comfortable. Would definitely stay again.
