Stayed here as a group of 10 (4 kids) across 3 rooms. I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone travelling especially with kids. We all loved it! The two separate play rooms were ace and clean - boys LOVED the balls pit room. Perpetual, ever changing free snack carousel plus themed level you can relax in anytime with hot drinks flowing. Daily happy hour with free cold drinks and hot finger food my boys loved. We sometimes brought takeaway and ate on the reception floor as there’s heaps of tables and great fun atmosphere. We also received complimentary fruit beer and face masks upon check in. Also has all the free bathroom accessories and free bottled water unlimited on that reception floor. Rooms were clean and great. Staff were so friendly and helpful: i left my backpack on a public bus and they called the bus depot and I got it back!! They also have one of the best laundry facilities I’ve ever seen - plenty of washing machines and driers (about 8-10?) and they provided baskets and irons and even steam iron. Location is a little busy part of Taiwan, plenty of local street food, eateries, shops and lots of really cheap massage parlours we used. Not as glamorous as near Taipei 101 so you can get heaps of those fun cheap little stores and so much street food it’s so ace! We were there over new year and they gifted every room 2x boxes of Taiwan Sun cakes and a box of Taiwan tea! I am tempted to make another trip to Taiwan because of this hotel!

Pros 1. Room is spacious and big 2. Convenient location as it is right beside Taipei Main Station and there’s many bus stops nearby 3. Bed is comfortable 4. Very kid friendly as there is a ball pit and mini indoor playground for kids. Cons 1. There is no housekeeping unless you stay for more than 3 nights, though you can request for them to change the towels and empty the bins. 2. No breakfast. They do have sandwiches, nuggets etc everyday from 2-4pm but they fry them early so it’s cold by the time guests get to eat them.

The location was very convenient, a few minutes walk from Taipei station. Our room was on the 27th floor and it came with the great city view. The staff was all kind and polite. I requested to use the portable hearter as the has no a/c heater function. The staff immediately brought it. There was a happy hour between 2-4pm, and the hotel offered free light meals like chicken nugget and small size sandwich. The room was small and there was a noise from the upstairs late at night, but it was ok for one night stay.

Nice kid-friendly hotel in a good location - it's within walking distance from multiple food places and the Taipei Main Station. The room is clean and spacious, and the staff are helpful and attentive. There are play rooms at the lobby which are suitable for young children, and the toilet comes equipped with a baby changing pad and wet wipes. Every afternoon, the hotel also provides free food (shout-out to Haan and Mandy for preparing it!) that both kids and adults will enjoy. Overall, a great place to stay - would recommend!

A hotel that exceeds expectation in terms of hospitality. The staffs are always there to help especially Mandy who is very attentive to kids when we are dining at the corner. She took notice of my kids looking at the snacks and had a conversation with them. Her smiles brings warmth to everyone. Great place to stay when in Taipei. Will definitely stay again when we are back in Taipei.
