I chose this property for it's convenience of it's location to close proximity to several vegetarian restaurants and the price. There was a slight mixup with the room but that was fixed immediately. Super grateful for the responsiveness. Be mindful this is a self check in hotel. The process has several steps so it's best to exercise patience during your arrival. I think several reviews already noted the steps. Note to foreign travelers: Make sure you download the Line app prior to arrival. You will need that as part of the check in process. The building is small and so are the rooms. However, they are modern with basic amenities: bottled water, shower gel soap, toothbrushes, electric kettle (no tea or coffee - bring your own) plus tea cups and a fridge. The hot water shower is awesome. I would consider staying here again in the future. I am a traveling vegan chef specializing in food science and flavorology. You cannot leave your luggage on the day of check-in, and you can check in at 4:30 pm. Due to a long stay, it was said on the day of check-in that [it will be cleaned every 4 days] (even towels cannot be changed). When we came back on the 4th day, there was no cleaning. We called the front desk, but without apology, they just said "Please wait for a moment to confirm." After a few minutes, the cleaning staff came directly to ring the doorbell. They also said without apology, "It's because we didn't call the front desk." I said I needed to clean it, so I didn’t do it]. The refund responsibility was given to us, and the rules were completely different from what was stated on the day of check-in, which was also very strange. As a result, they helped me clean and said they would ask me about the situation when I entered the company the next morning. After a few days there was absolutely no result. Four days later, I called the front desk in the morning and asked for cleaning. The front desk clerk said, "We are not cleaning for others." I was dumbfounded. Originally, you were told that you could clean it if you called me in the morning, but now you told me that you can't. What's going on? It turned out to be so dirty that there was a cockroach running on the bed. too disgusting.

In a word, it sucks. It was already 12:15 when I finished C/I and entered the room at 10:58 The whole thing is a joke Come in and ask me to find my room key. I'm OK with that. As a result, I couldn't find the room card in the lock box, so I kept asking me to open other boxes to look for it. This process ends at about 11:30 Then after waiting for a while, I didn’t want to wait anymore and was ready to take the car home directly. Someone is coming. It's already 12:00 The people who came did it themselves without explaining or apologizing. I ran upstairs not knowing what to do, then ran back to the stairwell and poked my head in to ask what room number we were in. What’s funny is that LINE customer service never told me what room number I had from the beginning to the end. I still can’t answer. Since the customer service told me that I was the last group of customers, I tentatively answered yes. Then the person who came told me that I would open the door for you. So I went up to the second floor and saw a room with a wide open door at the end of the corridor. What's going on now? I don't remember that I booked a room where I have to sleep with mosquitoes. After entering the room, I looked back and saw that the person I just met had run away. After I contacted customer service, I got the answer that it was a temporarily dispatched person, not a customer service person. ????? One thing to say, the room is in line with the price. But the service and process are terrible. There will be no next time^^
