A comfortable place. Managed by a company that has an office at the ground floor. Bear in mind you will have to pay a deposit for your stay even if you'd made payment through Agoda or whatever. The pool is open till 10 p.m. do search for places to eat before you book for a stay.

Stayed here for 4 days... near to every place we want to be... in the ground floor, there are 3 convenience stores... near to Alor and china town (petaling?), we can just walk.... even to pavilion... good view from 18 floors to merdeka 118...

Located near many favorite place. Kids friendly stay. Swimming pool located near the children playground and park. Clean and safe Only people who has an access can enter the building. Many cafe behind the building, if you go out from back gate, there is so many delicious and good cafe nearest.

The only thing good about this hotel is the location as it is conveniently accessible to the Jalan Alor food street and a few marts & brunch spots (VCR, breakfast spot) closeby. Apart from that, I would never recommend this hotel. I would never come back and stay here. The bed was so hard that we woke up with backaches, the bathroom had a constant smell, the towels are never changed, rooms are never cleaned - if it’s a service apartment and this is not included then it’s fine but at least in the start we should be given good quality linen and towels. The sofa doesn’t have real upholstery, it only had a cloth on it. The leather on the chair was ripping up.. we paid $250 for 3 nights and were regretting it. In this price we could have gotten a much better Airbnb. The management REALLLY needs to renovate the property. Also, the hairdryer didn’t work. We tried calling reception many times but that didn’t work either 😅😅 it’s like nothing was realy working.. it’s a terrible hotel. Only good for location and if you’re ok with hard mattresses. I would not recommend at all and request the management to maintain / renovate the rooms. Desperately needed
