Dear Rocabella Team, I wanted to extend my heartfelt gratitude for orchestrating the most incredible wedding day ever!!! From the moment I arrived and saw the wedding venue for the first time, I was completely blown away. The magic you created surpassed all my expectations. The dedication and effort put forth by the wedding team at Rocabella truly knows no bounds. Their meticulous organization and attention to every detail ensured that our day was flawless from start to finish. It's clear that they go above and beyond to deliver the most exceptional experience. A special mention must be made for Katerina and Katherina, who played instrumental roles in making the day unfold seamlessly. Their wealth of experience shines through in their coordination with all the vendors and their flawless execution of the entire wedding event. They are such caring individuals and couldn't ask for better wedding planners. I still find myself daydreaming about the memories created on my wedding day and the breathtaking location that Rocabella provided. Every aspect was simply perfect. The view was great and the room was nice. The service on the other hand, was bad. There was a table that had fallen into our private pool and we told the management about it and they said they would come and remove it. They didn't come and remove it until the very next day and we were unable to enjoy our pool. Next, checkout. Yes, checkout is at a certain time, but I believe it is completely unacceptable to call the room 3 times to remind us of this on the morning of when we were at maximum 10 minutes late leaving. I've never experienced this at any other hotel... housekeeping wasn't even at our room yet. And the reason we were late was because the breakfast service was soooo slow! Furthermore you don't just get to leave upon checkout. They force you to wait around the lobby and interview you on your stay. This was very annoying especially after they rushed us out of our room. Find a different place to stay.
